1. INFORMATION TO THE USER
Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?
FELIX ACEBEDO MARTIN and CARLOS ALBERTO RUÍZ ALONSO are the CONTROLLERS of the USER’s personal data and inform you that these data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).
Why do we process your personal data and why do we do it?
According to the form where we have obtained your personal data, we will treat them confidentially to achieve the following purposes:
In the contact form
- Respond to queries or any type of request made by the user through any of the contact forms made available on the controller’s website (with the user’s consent, art. 6.1.a GDPR).
In the Pre-Reservation Request Form
- Send quotes on the selected services (for the execution of a contract or pre-contract, art. 6.1.b GDPR)
How long will we keep your personal data?
They will be kept for no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the treatment or there are legal prescriptions that dictate their custody and when it is no longer necessary for this, they will be deleted with adequate security measures to guarantee the anonymization of the data or the total destruction of the same.
To whom do we provide your personal data?
No communication of personal data to third parties is planned, except to the transport operator or collaborator for the correct development and execution of the provision of the service and in order to manage and carry out the pre-booked services.
In relation to the management of services, user data may be processed by companies that provide the holder of the transport authorisation with various services such as legal and accounting advice, computer maintenance or any other service that makes access to and processing of user data essential or unavoidable. This processing will not be considered a transfer of data under any circumstances.
What are your rights?
The rights that assist the user are:
- Right to withdraw consent at any time.
- Right to access, rectify, transfer and delete your data, and to limit or oppose its processing.
- Right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
By selecting the corresponding boxes and providing the information requested in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, USERS expressly and freely and unequivocally accept that their data are necessary for the service provider to be able to respond to their request, and the inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLERS are true and is responsible for communicating any changes to them.
THE CONTROLLERS inform that all data requested through the website are essential as they are necessary to provide an optimal service to the USERS. In the event that not all data is provided, it cannot be guaranteed that the information and services offered are completely adapted to your needs.
3. SECURITY MEASURES
That in accordance with the provisions of current regulations on the protection of personal data, the CONTROLLERS are complying with all the provisions contained in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – Regulation 2016/679) and the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD) for the processing of personal data under their responsibility, and expressly with the principles described in article 5 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – Regulation 2016/679), by which personal data are processed in a lawful, fair and transparent manner in relation to the interested party and adequate, relevant and limited in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
THE CONTROLLERS guarantee that they have implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures established by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – Regulation 2016/679) and the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD) in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and that they have received the necessary information so that they can exercise them.
