How to make a booking
How far in advance do I have to book?
We recommend you booking as soon as possible, in order to guarantee the availability and the current price of the transfer. As a general rule, we can accept all reservations up to 24 hours before the transfer.
We cannot confirm reservations out of office hours. We only guarantee your transfer if you receive an email with the confirmation of the booking. Keep in mind that last minute reservations rely on availability.
How can I make a booking at Taxi Marbella Malaga?
It’s very simple, with our booking form in 3 steps.
- Select your destination and the number of passengers. Also select if you need a return transfer and the form will show prices and details of the transfer.
- Enter the arrival details; date and time of arrival, origin of the flight or train and finally the number of the flight or train and the address of your destination or name hotel.
- Details of the main passenger; first and last name, telephone number, e-mail, luggage, if you need child seats or any other details. After, confirm the terms and conditions and privacy policy and confirm the booking.
- You will receive a confirmation e-mail within a maximum of 24 hours. Please, check your spam mail box or junk mail box. If it’s not there, please email us from our contact page.
Can’t find your destination?
In most cases, you only have to select the zone where your destination address is located.
Although we have most zones and resorts in our list of destinations, if you can’t find your destination or you are not sure which one to choose, please send us an email from our contact page “Ask for a quote!”. We will reply to you as soon as possible setting the price.
I didn’t received any e-mail confirmation
The e-mail confirmation is sent after a maximum of 24 hours once the information has been verified. If you still didn’t received it, please check your spam mail box or junk mail box. If it’s not there, please send us an email from our contact page.
How will I meet my taxi driver?
Don’t worry, in places with a high density of travelers, the drivers will be standing up with a poster or a sign where it will appear the name of the lead passenger for a better identification.
In the airport, the driver will wait you inside of the arrivals terminal in the passenger’s exit of your flight with that poster or sign with your name.

In other points, such as hotels, the taxi driver will be at the hotel’s reception or in villas and apartments the taxi driver will be at the front door.
In train’s stations, the taxi driver will wait you inside of the arrivals terminal, inside of the passenger’s exit with a poster or sign with your name.
In other points, the taxi driver will be in the place where you can specify on the booking form.
How long takes the transfer?
The duration depends of the destination.
Please remember! Times and kilometers are approximate, and there a reference in normal traffic conditions. Must take into account works on the road, traffic delays typical of the summer season, etc. So you always have to add extra time.
Can we make some kind of stop?
It’s possible to make a stop with no additional cost, as long as it doesn’t mean a deviation from the original route. The maximum duration of this additional stop will be a maximum of 5 minutes.
Any deviation is charged separately, ask us if you have doubts.
Changes and Cancellations
Can I make changes in my reservation?
If you need to do some changes in your transfer because your personal information is wrong or if you want to change the destination, the vehicle type, the number of the flight, date or the number of passengers you can request any change of your reservation in our contact page for free!
Please, remember that any change must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Don’t worry, if your flight is delayed your taxi driver will take care of everything.
In the reservation process we will ask you for your flight details. The driver will use this information to control the arrival of your flight, if there are delays in your flight he will readjust your arrival and he will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall.
What happens if I missed the flight?
If you miss the flight, please contact with us and we will reschedule your transfer according to the availability of our vehicles and our drivers.
What happens if there are changes in my flight?
Please contact to us as soon as possible to update your booking. You can cancel or change it through our form of contact for free!
How can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking contacting us through our form of contact. The transfers be canceled up to 24 hours in advance before the transfer for free!
Prices
The Price is per person o per vehicle?
The Price of all of our transfers are per vehicle including taxes. Our traxis transfers are an easy and a low cost option to reach your destination quickly and comfortably, enjoying high quality transfer services between Malaga and Marbella at surprisingly low prices.
How can I pay my booking?
You don’t have to pay anything when you book the transfer. Book now and you will pay to the taxi driver when you arrive at your destination.
When you book a round trip transfer, you will pay each route separately and always when you arrive at your destination.
You can pay in cash (Euro, €) or VISA and MasterCard credit and debit cards.
Is everything included in the price?
With our prices, you know the price you will pay in advance. Our prices are all included. You have the security and the guarantee there will not be any supplements or surprises, also if your flight is delayed.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can pay in cash (Euros, €) or by credit or debit card Visa and MasterCard.
General questions
What are our hour of the services?
Our taxi transfers operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We work also between the first flights in the morning and the last flights at night.
Will I share the vehicle with other passengers?
Our transfers are private. The taxi is booked exclusively for you, your family, friends or guests. You don’t have to share the vehicle with any passenger and we don’t do any stop to collect strangers. Our transfers are direct and door to door.
How much luggage can I take?
The luggage allowed per passenger is one bag or suitcase. It’s possible to bring additional luggage as long as the total number of suitcases doesn’t exceed the passenger capacity of the vehicle of your reserve. For example: You can bring up to 4 suitcases or bags in a vehicle with up to 4 passengers.
If you have doubts about which vehicle you can reserve you can tell us the number of the bags or suitcases and the measures and we will confirm to you which vehicle is appropriate to your needs. Please contact to us via email
Can I bring my pet?
If you travel with your pets, we can organize your transfer. It’s necessary that your pet is inside of the pet carrier. Please contact to us via email from our contact page “Ask for a quote!” If you have already booked, include your reservation number in the form.
Are there direct routes or do I have to wait to start the trip?
Our transfers are private and door to door. We will take you to the door of your hotel, villa, apartment or any destination in Marbella.
The taxi driver will be ready to go as soon as you meet him. Return to the airport with the same tranquility and security, we will take you to the same door of the exit terminal of Malaga’s airport.
Will the driver pick me up and drop me off at the door of my destination?
Your driver will have all the information about your transfer, he will be waiting in the meeting point that you specify in your reservation and he will transfer you to your destination.
If your destination has vehicle access restrictions, we will drop you off and pick you up at the most accessible point to your destination.
Can I request a vehicle adapted for a wheelchair?
We can organize your transfer in vehicles for people with reduced mobility, write us an email on our contact page. But if you prefer, you can bring your folded wheelchair for free with the assistance of a companion who can help you get on or off the vehicle. Remember you have to make sure in your reserve, a vehicle large enough for all passengers, luggage and wheelchair.
Can I reserve infant car seats for children and babies?
You can request infant car seats for children and babies through the reservation form for free!
Can I make a reservation from today to tomorrow in the next 24 hours?
Yes. You can book your transfer sending an email from our contact page whenever it is during office hours. We can’t confirm reservations out of our office hours. We only guarantee your transfer if you receive an email confirming the reservation. Keep in mind that last minute reservations requested less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to availability.
Vehicles
Are taxi vehicles official or do they have insurance?
All our vehicles have public transport authorizations for passengers by taxi with all the necessary licenses and security checks to carry out transfers as required by law. Ensuring maximum comfort.
What model or brand of vehicle will you use for my transfer?
All our vehicles are leading brands and have the necessary licenses to transport passengers. They are safe and modern. It’s not possible for us to confirm a specific brand or model for your reservation. All this is subject to the availability of the day and time.
How do I know if my reservation has been completed?
Once you confirm all the details of your reservation, we will verify that everything is correct.
In a maximum of 24 hours, you will receive a confirmation email of your reservation, which will include all the details and information. If you can’t find it in your email inbox, please check your spam / junk folder. If you still can’t find it, please contact us in in our contact page.
